Tim,

ALL of us from this Cabin Charter Trip had a FABULOUS time sailing around the Aegean Islands. The only comment, other than we loved it, was that there was too much food.

Seriously, all the arrangements were smooth and on time. We had a very de-stressing time enjoying the sun, sea, and Grecian points of interest.

Paros was a wonderful captain, full of stories and recommendations on what not to miss, yet always watchful of our safety.

So, thank you for your professionalism, for answering all our questions, and thank you for great memories.

This was an outstanding charter and vacation. It worked perfectly. All we had to do is breath. The tour guides and hotels as well as the ship's crew could not have been better. Weather was also perfect. Everyone in our group agreed the trip exceeded their expectations by a considerable margin. We certainly recommend you to anyone we meet who is interested is a similar trip.

We had a wonderful time on the trip..thanks for all your help. Greece was beautiful and the season was great... few crowds, and cool comfortable weather, morning and evening.. not sweltering in the day. George, our captain was a lot of fun and very nice to all of us, especially the kids and he really enhanced the trip. We would recommend him to anyone!!

Tim,

The entire Cabin Charter vacation was a trip of a lifetime- from the van that met us to the comfortable bus that returned us to the airport.

The tour of Athens was fantastic; We were imppressed by the congeniality of the hosts - from Sprios to Angela. Yoniss, maria, Panos & Paris.

The boat was just great - well maintained, very claen and comfortable. It's almost overwhelming when we reflect upon the antiquities that we've seen. The gorgious scenery, the delicious food, and the best of all, being with our dear friends

We can't thank you enough for including us in this trip. It was a trip of a lifetime with many memories to cherish forever.

I am in total agreement with our sailing partners' comments on our charter in Grece with Albatross. Your office in Greece did a great job from the initial briefing to the final docking. Paris, was such a pleasure to know as a skipper and friend. We did increase our sailing skills and better understand the history and culture of Greece. The food was absolutely outstanding. The Saronic Gulf sail was a good choice.

Tim and Albatross, be proud of the excellent product you deliver, the details you manage so effectively, and the fair price you ask. We will recommend you and Albatross without hesitation.

Thank you for a wondwerful week of sailing in the Cyclades. As our group planned this adventure, we agreed that the captain & cook were the unknown factors. We hoped for competence, and found it in abundance. No matter what the situation - rough seas, a challenging dock, a crowded harbor. It was a pleasure to watch the gentle syncopation of our captain and mate work together, and Agnes' cookng was incredible. Thank you for being the good hands in which we rested.

I had dreamed of sailing in Greece for many years. You were part of the chemistry that made what we lived more wonderful than what I dreamed.

Dear Tim,

Turkey is a great place to vacation. The people are friendly & wonderful. The scenery is beautiful. We loved the history and seeing the ancient sites. With great shopping added in, it's amazing to me why so few Americans visit Turkey. We loved it. One of our very best vacations.                                                                 

Our sailing was absolutely wonderful ! Thanks so much for your assistance in choosing a great boat and crew. Your staf in Marmaris was grerat. Tyfan, the skipper, was not only competent, but charming. He was accomodating and Flexible. We sailed 4 hours a day and had some great sailing outside the sheltered bay.

Dinners ashore were always excellent and they ranged from modest to sumptious.

After our sail, we toured the ancient sites of Aphrodesia, and Didyma, then we stood in the ruins travellled by Alexander the Great.

Hi Tim,
Happy holidays. Sorry to be so slow in getting back to you, but the house sale, new town house design, etc has been consuming time. We really did have an excellent trip. The extra time of seven days was well worthwhile, especially the three days up North. The monasteries were spectacular. Both from what we saw and avoiding the rush of getting from Rhodes to Athens to USA in one day, I'd recommend people take more time. You should recommend this to everyone. Our hotel was fine and very well located. I will give you more feedback at a later date.
The reason the I'm contacting you now is that an old, old friend is trying to plan a trip for next year and I suggested he talk to you about your flotilla package. I think he and his wife would enjoy the sailing. I've given him this email address, so I anticipate you will hear from him directly.

Dear Tim:

I wanted to let you know what an amazingly fabulous time my wife and I had on our 25th Anniversary charter! "Summer Love is a very special boat. Not only is it much larger than we had anticipated, it is one of the most beautiful vessles I have ever seen. Mike & Demetris have put a lot of loving care into "Summer Love", and it has paid off. The boat is clean, sails great...and that huge stateroom is magnificent! We travelled with one other couple ( although we could have gone with two other couples comfortably)..the arrangements were simple: we had the large ststeroom for the first half, and they had it the second. We stored extra luggage in the third stateroom, and had three heads at our disposal.

Where we got extremely lucky was with the crew of "Summer Love". The skipper, Attalos, was the friendliest, smartest, funniest, and most seaworthy man I know. His English was perfect, and he did whatever we wanted. He was absolutely perfect. The big surprise was with George, the cook. He is actually a gourmet chef hiding out on "Summer Love", Tim, this was like a French barge trip! The food was magnificent... George was an artist.

Needless to say we are satisfied customers. The way the entire charter was handled was professional from the very beginning. There were no surprises, and everything was delivered as advertised.

You may be assured that we will refer our friends to you and that we will most certainly be doing business with you again!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much we appreciate all your work on our recent trip to Turkey. All the arrangements made by Albatross were exactly as planned. Your associates in Turkey were absolutely wonderful and clearly went above and beyond to be helpful. We would highly recommend you and them to any one considering a similar trip. Also our driver on the land portion of the trip was a wonderful young man.

Everything from our initial contact with you to the summoning of a before dawn taxi to the airport on our last day in Greece was as smooth and efficient as possible. Thank You Again, Marilyn Faden Dear Tim,   Just a note to report to you on our charter trip of "Lydia of Bodrum" out of Mermaris, Turkey between 4/26/97 and 5/3/97.   The trip went very well and all 8 of us on the charter had a wonderful time. In the planning phases I appreciated your promptness and assistance with the selection of the boat. The boat was very comfortable, clean, well prepared, and outfitted. It was very roomy with plenty of space inside and out for people to spread out for their own privacy if desired. The 8 of us comfortably ate both inside the salon as well as outside on the covered aft deck.   The crew was exceptional. Captain Christophe is a superb sailor, as well as being a willing and eager host. He proved to be knowledgeable about the coastal areas and made us all feel welcome and safe. Anu, the cook, dazzled us with her cooking and food presentation. Lynn, the hostess and deckhand, was gracious and attentive. Individually and as a group, the crew were quick to pick up on our individual personalities and interact pleasantly with us. They were fun to be with but never obtrusive.   By traveling early in the season we avoided the later tourist traffic and were able to arrange for very favorable hotel and land travel rates on site. Hotels and local travel agents are willing to negotiate on their rates when not crowded.   Should any of your future clients wish to call or write me, I shall be happy to to share with them any information I have. Johnson Dear Tim,   I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for helping us to arrange the glorious 12 day cruise of the Greek Islands we took last month.   Everything, from start to finish, was perfect. Miltos, our contact at the Alimos Marina, was so welcoming and helpful. Our captain, Argiris Kaltsounis, consistently demonstrated skill and professionalism and was also lots of fun. As you know, my husband has a captain's license too, and he was really impressed by Argiris' expertise. Our captain was obviously very well liked and we got the best docking spots on each island we visited.   The islands, of course, were fabulous. All nine in our party were thrilled with our itinerary. The vistas were spectacular and each island has it's own special, charming personality. I know that Greek hospitality is part of the Hellenistic philosophy as well as the subject of books and movie but experiencing it was beyond expectation. People were just terrific to us.
