These are sailing yachts,
up to 55 ft, can be chartered without a professional crew aboard.
The boats in our bareboat fleet include Jeanneaus, Oceanis, Bavaria,
Kirie Feelings, Atlantics, Elans, and other European made boats.
We offer over 200 boats in our fleet of exclusively managed boats
and brokered boats. To skipper your own boat requires that two
people in your crew hold a skipper's license or certificate from
a yacht club or sailing organization stating your experience
in seamanship & offshore navigation.
On a bareboat charter, your sailing yacht is your own boat for
the length of your charter. You are the captain or you can hire
ours to assist you or to take over the entire sailing responsibility.
When it's time to select the itinerary or drop anchor, the choice
is yours: pick a quiet cove for a swim and lunch then sail off
to an island or coastal town for the night. The selection of
beautiful places to choose is unlimited: a quiet idyllic spot
with crystal clear water, a town rich in historic sites to visit,
the fun and frolic of traditional Greek life , and so much more....
Even if no one in your group has the sailing experience or wants
the responsibility of a skipper and prefers to relax and enjoy
the sailing vacation, then hire one of our skippers. If you choose
to have our skipper on board, you possibly have the best of all
worlds. You have the benefit of local knowledge, someone who
quickly becomes your trusted friend to suggest the best places
to visit, the quiet or most entertaining night spots, someone
to explain the local traditions, a chance to sharpen your sailing
skills with our professionally licensed skippers. Your skipper
will guide your sailing in these new waters. Taking our skipper
on board does not reflect on your sailing ability. We have had
solo trans-Atlantic sailors hire our skipper for their charter.
Your guide must be to decide the kind of sailing vacation you
want. |
